Project Management Division
- Preparation of project schedule ,Project B.O.Q , Estimates and specification of material and workmanship and other relevant papers needed for tendering & Contracts.
- Tendering for selection of the contractor.
- Providing periodic supervision at site at all important stages ( in the case we advice client to appoint a clerk-of-works in their pay role to provide whole time supervision under our technical guidance) or project monitoring providing whole time supervision by qualified site engineers.
- Verification of contractor's bills by actual measurement at site and issuing certificate of payment thereon.
- Providing client with technical advices on procurement of material and labour.
- Issuing completion certificate of the works.
